We had a wonderful trip back to the midwest in January and here's some pictures to  prove it :)

A Few Months Have Gone By

Giving them a taste of North Idaho

Last weekend Steve and Aaron were able to make the trek out here to visit, it was great to see them and especially cool because it was Aaron's first time in Idaho. Early Friday morning I went on an ambulance call and on my way home I came up on an accident an elk hunter hit an elk (not the way he was planning on getting an elk). After checking to see if he was ok, I asked him if he wanted to keep his elk and he said no. I asked the fire chief to guard my road kill and went home to supervise Connor while Scott went and got the road kill elk. Poor Aaron arrived for his morning coffee to see this at the house.

We also went up to Sundance while they were here and even though it was closed up for the season I believe they enjoyed the day.

Crazy Week

Since last weeks post we have had some crazy days :)

We spent the weekend in Moscow cleaning out my Granny's house for it to be listed to sell. The moral of that story is downsize your home early and hire cleaning ladies that actually clean not just tell you they do. I wish we had before and after pictures to post because it was amazing. My parents had already worked on cleaning it out for hours and hours before we put in a three day weekend. During the Thursday night- Sunday night we were there there was roughly three thousand pounds of trash thrown and 10-15 truck loads donated to various charities. I am happy to report it will be listed by the end of the week. Connor spent the days hanging out with his grandma.

Saturday night we took a few hour break to get dressed up and go out  for our Second Anniversary. We went to an awesome pizza place in Moscow that has the best pizza you can buy anywhere I'm convinced. They also have a tasty little dessert called Budino that everyone should try once in their life. I'm pretty sure its thousands of calories but its totally worth them.

Yesterday Connor went in for a well child check. We are happy to report the kid has gained 3lbs 10oz and an inch of height since his last check. The doctor said hes perfect and mentioned that he must never skip a meal. He took his shots with minimal fit throwing and seems to have recovered nicely.

Connor is 4 months old now

Yesterday Connor turned 4 months old. We celebrated by watching Scott teach a friend how to fall a tree at Chase Lake.
